Graphic designer

SEG International is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with experience in the civil engineering, architecture, or construction sector to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our Marketing department by creating compelling visual communications, managing digital platforms, and developing branding and promotional materials tailored to the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and develop internal and external communication materials aligned with the architecture and civil engineering industry.

• Design and manage graphic content for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with industry standards and trends.

• Create promotional materials for industry events, job fairs, and recruitment initiatives.

• Support the HR department in developing localized event materials and communications specific to the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) sector.

• Maintain and update the company website with relevant content, ensuring an engaging and professional digital presence.

• Manage and coordinate printing and production of promotional and communication materials, including large-format prints and technical presentations.

• Develop branding materials that align with the company’s corporate identity and industry-specific branding guidelines.

• Assist in internal activities and communication strategies to enhance corporate engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with expertise in:

· Adobe Illustrator

· Adobe Photoshop

· Adobe Premiere

· Adobe After Effects

• Experience managing WordPress websites and updating content.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.

• Understanding technical drawings, blueprints, and architectural visualization is a plus.

• Excellent time management and project delivery skills.

• Experience working in corporate communication environments within the AEC industry.

• Understanding basic web content management and UI/UX principles.
