Key responsibilities:
- Report to the Marketing Manager daily.
- Make files and archived.
- Scheduled managing of their boss.
- Support their boss with the billing, and report their advances weekly at least.
- Review and file customer documents.
- Budget projection per month.
- Support with control and allocation of visits according to project requirements.
- Monitoring the rent of houses for foreign employees.
- coordination of payments and signing of lease contracts.
- Send emails for the signed of new employees in the company.
- Preparation of minutes in meetings related to the project.
- Update the employee directory.
- Coordination of meetings with the client and internal project meetings.
- Events coordination (team building meetings).
- Administrative tasks in general.
Qualifications:
- Degree in marketing or related fields.
- At least two years of experience as Administrative, assistant related at marketing or sales departments.
- Advanced English (able to write and speak fluently).
- 2 years of experience using SAP software.
Benefits:
- 20,000 to 25,000 gross per month.

Schedule
Full time job from Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
