What You’ll Do:
• Expertise: Use your skills to build strong relationships with customers and enhance their collection experience.
• Connecting with Care: Deliver outstanding customer service with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Solving Problems: Handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve concerns effectively.
• Upholding Standards: Meet performance goals and contribute to high service standards to meet customers' needs.
Who We're Looking For:
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
• Fluency in English: Both written and spoken, with exceptional communication skills.
• Prior Collections Experience: At least 1 year in a call center, with a strong customer service/collections/retention background.
• Empathy & Problem-Solving Skills: A natural ability to resolve issues with care and a customer-focused approach.
• Strong Organizational & Computing Skills: The ability to manage tasks and deliver results.
• Availability: Ability to work Monday to Friday.
• 100% On-site Work: This is a full-time, on-site position
This is not a remote position
Compensation & Benefits:
• Base salary of $18,225 MXN before taxes.
• Life insurance.
• Monthly grocery vouchers: $1,519 MXN (every 14 days).
• Monthly restaurant vouchers: $1,216 MXN (every 14 days).

• Vacation days + 3 personal days (starting from the 3rd month).

Work Schedule:
• Service window: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 9:15 pm (schedules of 8 hours per day that may adjust for Daylight Saving Time & Holidays).
• 40 hours per week.
