We are currently searching for a Remote Senior Python Developer:

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor developers in delivering effective solutions within a modern, cloud-based architecture.
• Design and build modern full-stack cloud systems.
• Solve complex distributed systems problems.
• Collaborate on developing reusable frontend components with multiple software teams.
• Ensure system health through the implementation of observability solutions (monitoring, logging, metrics).

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience solving distributed systems problems.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience in designing and building full-stack cloud systems.
• Proven leadership in guiding development teams to deliver scalable solutions using Python and TypeScript.

Desired:

• Experience with GraphQL and related frameworks (Relay, Apollo, URQL).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, EKS).
• Experience with web applications requiring live updates (pub/sub, Redis, WebSockets).
• Experience designing reusable React frontend components.
• Strong SQL knowledge, preferably with PostgreSQL.
• Experience in designing and implementing observability solutions.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, PHI, and PII compliance standards.

Languages:

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
