EXTERNAL COLLECTION AGENCY MANAGER (On-site)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of management experience in automotive financing and leasing companies, responsible for supervising external collection agencies.
• Strong knowledge of portfolio recovery processes and regulations.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise the performance of external collection agencies, ensuring the timely and efficient collection of overdue accounts.
• Monitor agency performance based on KPIs, such as recovery rate, payment time, and compliance with company policies.
• Develop and implement collection strategies.
• Audit external collection agencies, verifying compliance with legal and contractual obligations.
• Report to foreign executives.
