LEGAL SPECIALIST IN EXTERNAL COLLECTION AGENCY MANAGEMENT

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• More than 3 years of experience in automotive financing or leasing companies, collection agency management, and legal coordination.
• Strong knowledge of the legal and regulatory requirements required for the operation of collection agencies.
• Direct interaction with law firms and legal teams.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Management of relationships with external collection agencies
• Review with law firms on legal matters regarding external collection agency contracts and their compliance
• Compliance and risks regarding agreements or practices of external collection agencies
• Monitor the performance of external agencies
• Report to management on agreements and results relevant to their area of ​​responsibility
• Process improvement, training, and support for external collection agencies.
