Description:
The Junior Recruiter will provide support in sourcing, screening and hiring candidates in various departments within our organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about talent acquisition and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking events and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, competencies and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Participate in recruiting events and job fairs to promote our employer brand and attract talent.
Provide administrative support to the recruiting team, including arranging interviews, preparing interview materials, and sending communications to candidates.
Collaborate with other members of the HR/Coordination team to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Other duties as assigned.
Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills:
Customer Service Experience or junior recruiting experience or entry level.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers and team members.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
