Descripción

Your functions to perform:

  • Visit and access control
  • Follow-up on requirements of scheduled meetings by the building administration (civil protection, internal regulations, etc.)Support in work visa procedures for foreign employees
  • Purchase and supply of office supplies
  • Monitoring of billing and reimbursement of expenses
  • Support Human Resources in the organization and development of corporate events.
  • Tracking and monitoring of the cleaning service.
  • Support in organizational communication.
  • Administration of Business Application for personnel management
  • Preparation of credentials
  • Meeting room reservation control


Requirements to apply:

  • Have 3 year or more of experience in similar positions
  • Service attitude
  • Interpersonal relationship skills
  • Good organization for administrative monitoring
  • English advanced (interview will be conducted in English)
  • Bachelor degree
  • Office handling
  • Executive presentation
  • Willingness to learn and develop within the company
  • Availability to start Immediate

Ofert:

  • Salary: $15,000 - $18,000 gross pesos (negotiable)
