EARLY COLLECTOR

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, administration, business, or related fields.
• +2 years of experience in automotive finance collections, customer service, following up on overdue accounts within the early collection period by phone, email, or other communication channel. Negotiate settlements or payment arrangements to recover outstanding amounts. Accurately record agreements and follow-up with clients. Meet collection goals.
• Spoken and written English at an internediate-advanced level
