We are currently searching for a L2 Support Java:

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve L2 incidents(bug fixes, minor enhancements).
• Collaborate with L3 teams onIncident/Problem Management.
• Document and escalate issues viaJira/ServiceNow.

Requirements

• 3+ years in Java development and L2 production support.
• Proficiency inJava Core, SQL, Unix scripting.
• Familiarity withSDLC processesandITIL frameworks.
• Advanced Oral English.
