Who We Are
We are a dedicated team focused on advocating for our clients in personal injury cases. We are looking for a Legal Assistant to play a key role in managing and resolving our cases.

🔹 What You'll Do
• Manage 60–80 cases at various stages of the personal injury claim process.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients to keep them informed.
• Gather key documents such as medical records, insurance information, background details, and more.
• Coordinate with private investigators and medical treatment managers.
• Write case summaries and draft demand letters for insurance companies (templates provided).
• Analyze each case and propose effective strategies to move forward.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills in written English (not necessarily professional-level writing).
• A proactive attitude and commitment to continuous learning.
